What is an elected member?
An elected member is a member who:
- Represents the other members, elected by them
- Gets involved into decision-making, especially in credit granting for the Credit Committee
- Is elected during Annual Meeting, no matter its wealth and social level
- Carries out the values of the Association
- Works on voluntary basis for the improvement of the structure. Elected members receive specific trainings to carry out their role: anybody can apply to become elected member

In credit union, you are not “customer”, but “member”, thanks to the capital share. The member can be the candidate for election or elect the representative who will become Board of Directors and Credit Committee.


Elected members

As member, you participate one time per year in Annual Meeting to approve the activity report of Board of Directors, included financial statements.
